Hutto has this day being the fifteenth day of April Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Six having been pronounced a church of Christ In order have united upon Equal terms and hear often Being called an named By the Name of Ramah church an for this end delibittey and Solomley Give hour Selves to the Lord an to each other By the will of gods Independent to any Religious Body or Congregation whatever Cov_____ and promising each other to live together as Becomes Brethren in gospel and Decipliss agreeable to the Holy Scripture and as true _______fellows in the gospel agree to Stand or fall Together in order for which we do agree to Receive an adopted the following plan or form of government or loose the Rule of Proceedure

Church Meetings and Conferances Shall Be Duly attended To By Ever member especially Males Members to whom Government more particularly Belongs |
Art 3

Male Members failing to attend more than two Conferances Shall on the Next Before he takes his Seat Shall publiclly Render his Reason for Such failures and the church Shall Judge The Same if two or three failures happens Without Reason Being Rendered the church Shall have him cited and Judged of Such failure |
Art 4

The pastor of the church Shall uniformly preside As Moderator when present unless Some objections Be made in which case the church Shall Choose a Moderator Protem |
Art 5 |
At the opening of Every Conference it Shall be The duty of the moderator to Invite Brethren and Sisters of Sister churches to Seat with the Brethren of this church then Inquire of Reason of Absence after which it Shall be the duty of the Moderator to make known to the Congregation that A door of this church was open for this Reception of members then proceed to take up all Referances as they _____ in order and all Business that come in order Before the church.

In debate only one person shal speak at the Same time who Shall rise from his seat and Address the moderator in an orderly manner |
Art 10 The person speaking Shal Strictly attend to the Subjeck in debate Shall not Reflect on the person speaking Before him By making Remarks on his slips or his Imperfection But convey his own idies
Art 11 The person speaking Shal not be Interrupted unless he Brakes through these Rules then the moderator Shal call to order if dissatisfied
Shall have the voice of the conferace
Art 12 No person Shal Speak more than twice on The Same Subject until every one Speak who Choosing to speak
Art 13 No member Shal talk whisper or read In time of public speaking But give due attention
Art 14 Every Motion made and Seconded Shal Be ________
To unless withdrawed By the one who made it
Art 15 Every query that comes before the church shal proply Stated in Writing and approporated By majority Before taken up
Art 16 questions Shal Be farely determining By Rising Setting or otherwise as may Be thought proper
Art 17 If the moderator fails to attend to his duties Down in the forgoing Rules he may Be admonished If he thinks Such admonition unreasonable he may have the voice of the conference
